About the Role

As a seasoned project management professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful project outcomes. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring transparent and timely updates
  • Manage project budgets, including financial forecasting and cost control
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or defence sectors
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
