Senior Delivery Lead - IT and Defence Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Delivery Lead to integrate and implement industry-specific methodologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement specific industry delivery methodologies.
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities.
  • Manage project requirements, scope, timelines, and customer interactions.
  • Evaluate and establish metrics for measuring key project criteria; develop control procedures and manage operational plan changes.
  • Manage project requirements, scope, and change management issues.
Requirements:
  • A valid security clearance is essential.
  • At least 10 years of experience in senior project leadership.
  • Solid interpersonal, leadership, and analytical skills with business acumen.
  • Experience establishing process improvements.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own; motivate project teams and mediate conflicts.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Project management certification is desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience managing IT or Defence projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
