Job Title:

Quality and Risk Management Coordinator

This is a full-time position in our organization, reporting directly to the Quality Risk Manager. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality and Risk Management Coordinator who can assist us in ensuring that our quality and risk management systems are robust and compliant with relevant regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering quality, risk, and patient safety initiatives across health service units, as well as analyzing and reporting on non-compliance issues, facilitating corrective actions.

This role requires excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills with a knack for developing innovative solutions. The ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver quality, risk, and patient safety initiatives across health service units.
  • Analyze and report on non-compliance issues, facilitating corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality improvement objectives.
  • Prepare detailed reports and briefings, ensuring effective communication of findings.
