Delivery Operations Coordinator

The opportunity to coordinate and optimise our delivery operations is now available.

As a Delivery Operations Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our drivers and operators, assisting with any issues that may arise. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery services, working closely with customers and drivers to provide assistance where required.

Scheduling, routing and driver run generation are just some of the key responsibilities of this role. You will need to be proactive in reviewing route performance to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as necessary. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential in this position, as you will be responding to customer issues and resolving them quickly and efficiently.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in scheduling and coordinating logistical operations
  • A strong focus on health and safety, with a commitment to minimising risk
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
