The Opportunity

As Leasing Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion. Reporting to the Head of Property Strategy, you'll oversee new space leasing for commercial properties.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Network Growth: Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to drive space and revenue growth - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Lease Management: Collaborate with property managers to seamlessly integrate new premises into the portfolio.
  • Negotiate Lease Renewals: Safeguard our presence at end-of-lease premises through negotiation.
  • Approvals and Reporting: Compile business cases for senior management approval.
  • Performance Metrics: Prepare and present leasing reports, budget forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, external agencies, and internal operational leadership.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in tenant-side leasing or property management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Solid understanding of commercial leasing practices and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market data and leasing performance.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
