Lead Office Leasing Specialist

The Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to secure leasing appointments across Sydney's metropolitan and CBD markets.
  • Manage leasing campaigns from initial pitch through to negotiation and deal execution.
  • Foster strong relationships with landlords, investors, and corporate occupiers.
  • Mentor and support junior agents, promoting a high-performing and collaborative team culture.
  • Contribute to the company's broader growth strategy, identifying new opportunities and building long-term client partnerships.
About You
  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience in office leasing within a commercial agency environment.
  • A strong client network and proven track record of leasing deals in the Sydney market.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A self-starting mentality with the ability to work autonomously while leading others.
  • A current NSW Real Estate Certificate or Licence is essential.
