Are you an experienced and dynamic property management leader with a passion for business development and risk management? Our client is looking for a hands on Head of Commercial Property Management to lead and grow a brand-new property portfolio.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the direction of the portfolio, work closely with key stakeholders, and drive growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage the commercial property portfolio, ensuring it is compliant with relevant legislation, and mitigating risk at all times.
Business Development: Focus on expanding the portfolio by sourcing and onboarding new properties, forging strong relationships with landlords, and identifying new business opportunities.
Tenant & Landlord Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between tenants and landlords, ensuring smooth communication, high levels of satisfaction, and resolving any issues efficiently.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and leasing teams to ensure the portfolio is strategically positioned and all properties are effectively marketed and leased.
Risk & Compliance: Ensure that all properties in the portfolio meet health, safety, and legal requirements while proactively managing risk.
The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in commercial property management, with a strong understanding of legislation, compliance, and risk mitigation.
A successful track record in business development and growing property portfolios.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with tenants, landlords, and internal teams.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills, able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
