Job Summary
This is a key position that plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of care provided to residents in aged care facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and embed robust quality frameworks, including monitoring and data analysis.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices related to Residential Aged Care.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams.
- Monitor audits, accreditation, and compliance performance to ensure services meet regulatory requirements.
- Lead reviews of programs, processes, and systems to implement improvement initiatives aligned with best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A bachelor qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- A solid working knowledge of Residential Aged Care and substantial experience in quality assurance, audit processes, and compliance.
- Current knowledge of evolving changes and trends within the aged care industry.
