A genuine passion for assisting the elderly to live independently at home. A valid P1 class or higher Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle, as travel is essential. The ability to remain calm and adaptable in challenging situations. Availability to work at least three days a week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend shifts.
