For our Aged Care Workers, it's with every client, and during every shift. It requires a unique individual to be a Care Worker and assist the elderly members of our society. We are in search of that exceptional person to become part of the KinCare family in South East Adelaide.
Your responsibilities will include;
Domestic Assistance: Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for elderly individuals Assisting clients with meal preparation and grocery shopping Offering social support and facilitating access to lifestyle activities Personal care including helping clients with daily routines, medication management, and mobility assistance Providing respite and emotional support Social support and transportation to appointments Delivering complex care for clients with significant needs, such as those with dementiaWhy choose KinCare?

You are passionate about assisting the elderly community to maintain their independence at home for as long as possible. You possess a current P1 class or higher Australian Driver's License and have access to a registered vehicle – travel is a key component of the role. You remain composed in challenging situations; sometimes clients may have a rough day or unexpected delays occur. You understand the importance of not taking this personally and moving forward positively. You are available to work at least three days a week - Monday to Friday. No night or weekend shifts required. You are comfortable working autonomously and finding solutions to everyday challenges, knowing when to seek assistance from your Manager.If you are looking for an organization that values you, consider this opportunity.
