Complex Case Specialist

Certain sensitive matters require meticulous handling, and we seek an experienced specialist to lead the process.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate workplace issues with fairness and confidentiality while ensuring alignment with established values.
- Analyze evidence to provide accurate advice and recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain thorough records of case documentation throughout the lifecycle.
- Collaborate with management in assessing appropriate courses of action for complex personnel matters.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Industrial Relations, Employment Law, or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications are desirable.
- Specialized skills and at least five years' experience conducting workplace investigations, preferably in government or large organizations.
- The ability to research, interpret, and apply legislation, policies, and guidance in ambiguous situations.
- Strong judgment, independence, and risk-based decision-making skills when handling complex cases.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation and managing high-conflict situations professionally.
