About the Job

We're seeking a Change Coordinator to help shape, plan, and manage project delivery for successful outcomes. You'll collaborate with other teams to refine our project management practices and ensure an efficient project portfolio management framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project strategies: Analyze project briefs to outline timelines, budgets, resources, and processes required for successful delivery.
  • Coordinate project activities: Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and activities, then coordinate team efforts to ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Clarify expectations: Provide clear guidance to team members throughout the project lifecycle, including detailed outlines of work plans, responsibilities, and scopes of authority.
  • Maintain stakeholder engagement: Implement a regular communication plan, reporting project progress and status.
  • Gain technical expertise: Familiarize yourself with our technology stack through collaboration with application owners, architects, and engineers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in managing technical projects that drive impactful change.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, including influencing senior leaders.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills to create realistic project delivery plans.
