Our Client is moving its businesses onto a common SAP S/4 HANA-based ERP solution, with the transition to occur in three phases.
The overall program to achieve this is One ERP.
One ERP Phase 1 went live in October 2023 principally comprising SAP S/4 HANA, integrating to an upgraded version of Maximo, hosted on Azure-based infrastructure.
They are now looking to progress with activities for Phase 2.
Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Identification: Identify & continually assess One ERP stakeholders and understand & address their concerns / expectations.
Impact Analysis: Undertake change impact analyses to determine the program's impact on each stakeholder group.
Subsequently, identify and manage risks with implementing the change for One ERP.
Change Planning: Plan and implement change management and communications activities, including the identification and securing of appropriate resources to deliver the work.
This includes development of documentation including a Change Management Strategy, Change Management Plan, Training Strategy and other planning artefacts as needed.
Change Activation: Coordinate and deliver change management activities to ensure those impacted are adequately informed, prepared, equipped and supported in the change process.
Change Tools: Develop the required tools to support the implementation of change activities and outcomes.
Readiness Assessments: Undertake business readiness assessments, identify and manage anticipated resistance and prepare mitigation tactics.
Post Implementation: Develop post implementation reinforcement plans to increase the level of adoption of the change, monitor adoption of the change and conduct investigations into unsatisfactory outcomes.
Training Delivery: Manage the planning, preparation and execution of training delivery and associated tools (e.g.
Enable Now) and materials.
This may include engagement of both internal and external parties in addition to working with any appointed systems integrator(s).
Content Development: Develop content for various communications and meetings including internal newsletters, team meetings, company gatherings and stakeholder groups.
Adopt / adhere to standards for all Technology Services communications.
Status Reporting: Develop reports to satisfy project, program and executive requirements.
Portfolio Participation: Maintain connection to other projects or initiatives (via the IT PMO) that are delivering change to One ERP stakeholder groups to manage suitable alignment and coordination.
Change Framework: Deliver change activities in accordance with IT PMO Change Management Framework.
Ideally, You'll Have: Formal qualifications or certification in a recognised change management methodology.
Proven experience in people change management in a project environment, demonstrating knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
Experience as a change manager on a major technology program, with experience preparing a business move to SAP S/4 HANA, preferably IS-U, across Finance, Procurement, Asset Management, Sales and Billing.
Experience in core change activities, including stakeholder identification, change impact analysis and providing change and communication guidance and support to stakeholders.
Experience developing change and communications strategies.
Understanding how people go through a change and the change process.
Superior motivational, persuasion, influencing and negotiation skills at all levels of the organisation in order to partner with key stakeholders on the change journey.
Ability to develop and sustain strong working relationships with Project / Program Manager and other key stakeholders across multiple geographical locations.
Ability to work in teams and speak to technical and non-technical personnel.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and listening skills, with the ability to effectively communicate professionally with a variety of behavioural and personality types.
A strong customer service focus, with the ability to build solid and credible internal and external stakeholder relationships at all levels.
Ability to self-manage, meet deadlines and deliver successfully in an often-changing environment.
Pragmatic, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team.
