The Role:
This Government Department is seeking a Change & Communications Manager to manage the change and communication activities for an SAP SuccessFactors HRIS implementation.

The Responsibilities:

  • Providing specialist communications and/or change management advice relating to the project, including leading on developing and implementing a communications and engagement strategy to support the project's key milestones and deliverables.
  • Creating, reviewing, and executing a robust communications and/or change management plan to keep stakeholders informed, engaged and supportive through the remaining phases of the project.
  • Leading the development of integrated communications content across multiple channels, ensuring that content developed contains consistent key messaging aligning with the overall project purpose and benefits.
  • Identifying and managing communications related risks and issues for the project.
  • Reporting to the Director and Project Manager on the performance of stakeholder management against agreed plans to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and proactive issue resolution.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 7+ years' experience in working as a Change and/or Communications Coordinator or Manager positions.
  • Prior experience in delivering HRIS/HCM system implementation projects related to SAP SuccessFactors is essential.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong experience in providing training and support to project teams or stakeholders is essential.
  • Prior Public Sector experience is essential.
