This role is key to ensuring compliance with the new Aged Care Quality Standards in Australia by July 2025. We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders to align with the new standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Manage Project Roadmap: Create a comprehensive project plan to achieve compliance by July 2025.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the new Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Milestone Achievement: Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

About You

  • Minimum 5 Years' Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, ideally in aged care or healthcare.
  • Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and Australian regulations.
  • Excellent Skills: Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficient Tools: Proficient in project management tools and software.
