Drive Customer Success

Manage key relationships with banks and financial institutions to deliver business value and drive adoption, renewals, expansion, and advocacy across your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of customers' organisations and services used to achieve business goals.
  • Apply deep payments knowledge to help customers translate e-commerce strategies into tactical initiatives that balance great cardholder experiences with compliance requirements.

Requirements:

We're looking for Payments Experts with expertise in the following areas:

Mastery of 3-D Secure:

This role requires in-depth knowledge of the 3-D Secure protocol, including the EMV 3DS transaction lifecycle. A successful candidate can explain differences between AReq and CReq transactions and advise on mitigations against common card fraud vectors.

Regulatory Expertise:

A strong understanding of typical card fraud vectors and the ability to advise customers on effective mitigations.

Data Science:

A good grasp of statistical concepts and machine learning underpinnings, as well as the ability to combine model outputs with other fraud controls.

Customer Advocate:

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to advocate for customers within teams spread across multiple regions.
