Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage export sea consignments in accordance with customer expectations and performance metrics.
  • Provide high-quality service to customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to guarantee accuracy and efficiency.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures, customer instructions, and management directives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Accurately enter data into a logistics management system and manage electronic commercial invoices and purchase requests.
About You/Qualifications
  • You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to influence and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Be calm under pressure and confident in managing challenging situations.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Show analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Be proficient in a logistics management system, Microsoft Office, and familiar with industry regulations (RACA, IATA, Dangerous Goods).
