Senior Clinical Services Manager

As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and services to clients across Victoria. This role works closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies that promote growth, enhance business performance, and drive customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience working in healthcare, and business acumen including risk management, budgets, P&L, KPIs, and strategy implementation. They will also have experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) and be an effective communicator and collaborator.
You will lead a team of direct reports who oversee nurses, ensuring operations comply with operational targets and annual objectives. You will also oversee systems for clinical escalation, restrictive practice authorization, risk identification, incident management, compliance with clinical policies, and continuous improvement.
