Senior Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join our team and provide high-quality patient-focused services.
- Job Description:
The successful applicant will work collaboratively with the Lead and Senior Pharmacists to provide leadership and oversight across patient care. Key responsibilities include delivering and coordinating clinical pharmacy services, providing leadership and oversight across patient care, working collaboratively with the Lead and Senior Pharmacists, developing and implementing quality and safety initiatives.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require registration as a pharmacist in Australia, relevant post-graduate qualification in clinical pharmacy or leadership and management, extensive hospital pharmacy experience in a clinical pharmacist position, strong interest and experience in quality and safety initiatives, mentoring and education.
