Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic direction to the team and collaborate with senior staff to ensure effective daily operations and quality improvement.
- Coordinate care transitions to optimize the flow of referrals and consumer recovery journeys.
- Support caseload monitoring, facilitate Clinical reviews, and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Assist in conflict resolution and empower clinicians to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide responsive and flexible services to consumers and carers.
We are seeking a candidate who is resilient, compassionate, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Excellent clinical, time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- A compassionate, flexible, and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
- Ability to foster friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- RPN4; OT3; SW3 or Psychologist 3.
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse; Occupational Therapist; Psychologist, and eligibility for Social Work Membership Endorsement.
