Job Description

A leading property funds management company is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties.

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of properties ensuring efficient operations and maximising performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance property value and financial returns.
  • Regularly inspect and audit properties to assess maintenance needs, safety compliance, and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of properties, managing both internal and external teams.
  • Team Leadership & External Property Management: Lead and provide guidance to external property managers, ensuring properties are managed effectively.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage property budgets, controlling expenses and ensuring revenue targets are met.
  • Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Maintenance & Repairs: Coordinate maintenance repairs and renovations for properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and comply with regulations.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure properties comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience managing commercial or mixed-use properties.
  • Current Real Estate Agent's license.
  • Strong understanding of property management principles, leasing practices, and financial analysis.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate external teams.
