Strategic Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional executive to lead our financial portfolio and drive strategic direction. As a key member of our Executive Team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of child and adolescent health.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in financial governance, budgeting, and strategic planning to contribute to the long-term sustainability of our organisation.

  • Candidates should possess:
  • Proven track record of executive leadership in large, complex healthcare or service delivery organisations
  • Deep understanding of financial frameworks and healthcare funding models
  • Ability to lead non-finance portfolios, including digital transformation, infrastructure, and procurement
  • Experience working with Board and Executive Teams to drive strategic initiatives
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies to drive organisational growth and sustainability
  • Provide expert advice on financial governance, budgeting, and strategic planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Board members and Executive Team colleagues
