Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our dynamic team in the Redlynch Valley. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a busy reception role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our residents and colleagues, while also contributing to the efficient operation of our front reception area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering all telephone enquiries professionally and promptly
  • Maintaining files and documentation accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a busy reception role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
