Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to join our team at Bupa Banora Point, a leading aged care provider in the Northern Rivers region of NSW.
As a Care Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents, working closely with the General Manager to lead and manage the delivery of person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily clinical operations of the care home, ensuring seamless delivery of care services.
- Support and lead the care home clinical team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Review clinical incidents, complaints, and changes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead compliance with AN ACC assessments, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Manage person-centred care planning and evaluation for residents, including case conferencing with families and carers.
- Prepare and conduct clinical governance audits, ensuring the highest standard of care.
- Liaise with allied health, medical practitioners, and other services to provide optimal resident care.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
- Post-graduate qualification in aged care, highly regarded.
- Experience managing a minimum of 30 beds, with a proven track record in delivering quality clinical care.
- Excellent clinical assessment skills and care planning capabilities.
- Highly effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
- An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes.
