Your Role:

As a Community Physiotherapist with Feros Care, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding care and support to elderly clients. This position is autonomous and requires travel across various regions. Flexibility in your schedule is available, making this a part-time opportunity.

  • Deliver personalized, evidence-based physiotherapy services in clients' homes.
  • Work with Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients.
  • Facilitate group exercise and wellness classes, promoting strength, balance, and health within the community.
  • Support clients in overcoming challenges and achieving their personal goals.
  • Manage daily workload efficiently, including travel, documentation, reporting, and administrative responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $67,393 - $100,224 pro rata plus 11.5% superannuation.
  • Salary packaging options: up to $15,899 tax-free annually.
  • Meal and Entertainment Card: access to $2,650 of your pre-tax income.
  • Travel reimbursement: 99 cents per kilometer.
  • Provision of a smartphone and laptop.
  • All necessary role-specific equipment will be supplied.
  • Support from a dedicated rostering and administrative team to manage appointments and client funding.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and client management software.
  • Must provide evidence of clinical hours from previous employment.
  • A valid unrestricted driver's license and a willingness to travel.
