We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Biomedical Engineer to join our team.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Install, Maintain, and Service Laboratory Diagnostic Instruments: You will be responsible for ensuring that laboratory diagnostic instruments are installed, maintained, and serviced to the highest standard.
- Deploy and Integrate New Equipment: You will work with our team to deploy and integrate new equipment in laboratory settings, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
- Respond to Technical Issues: You will respond promptly to technical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
- Maintain Accurate Service Records: You will maintain accurate service records, including inventory, service orders, and reports, to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Ensure Compliance: You will ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
- Provide Technical Support: You will provide technical support and training to customers and stakeholders, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Related Field: A bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or a related field is required.
- Valid Driver's License and Permanent Work Rights: A valid driver's license and permanent work rights in Australia are essential.
- Proficiency in MS Windows Environments: Proficiency in MS Windows environments is required, with knowledge of LIS systems, middleware solutions, Linux, CAN-BUS, and interfacing principles being advantageous.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to apply engineering principles to real-world challenges are essential.
- Ability to Work Independently: The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate strong self-organization is required.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with customers and colleagues are essential.
