About the Role

The ideal candidate will design and execute HR strategies that empower employees through education, development, and community engagement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive HR plans and change management programs
  • Leading talent acquisition and workforce planning efforts to meet business needs
  • Fostering employee engagement and culture development through collaborative initiatives
  • Designing and executing performance management systems and professional development programs
  • Crafting compensation and benefits packages that align with business goals
  • Oversight of HR operations, compliance, and workplace health and safety protocols
  • Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external partners
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related fields
  • Proven experience in HR leadership positions, with a track record of driving cultural change and organizational improvement
  • Expertise in employment law, HR best practices, and WHS legislation
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and decision-making skills
  • Technical proficiency in HR systems and business intelligence tools
