Visitor Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visitor Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional services to our guests at the picturesque Hastings Caves State Reserve.

  • Conduct guided tours, providing engaging information about the reserve's natural and cultural values.
  • Process entrance fees and sales efficiently.
  • Support food preparation and presentation in our on-site café.
  • Maintain environmental health by conducting regular monitoring, cleaning, and maintenance tasks.
