Your Key Responsibilities
  • Client Advisory & Relationship Management: As a trusted advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering assignment briefings, reviewing documentation and compensation packages, and maintaining high levels of client service while managing expectations and timelines.
  • Program Delivery & Collaboration: You'll work closely with our onshore and offshore teams to support mobility advisory projects, optimize program design and implementation, and identify process improvements that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Support & Industry Awareness: Contribute to new business efforts through proposal development, stay current with global mobility trends and compliance, and apply insights to improve client outcomes and drive innovation.

  • Global Mobility Knowledge & Technical Skills: You'll need to have a solid understanding of global mobility policies and assignment allowance calculations, gained through experience in global mobility operations.
