Construction Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and reliable construction specialist to support our team at IIQAF. The ideal candidate will participate in various construction projects, following site supervisor instructions and adhering to health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools for efficient project execution.
- Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment to ensure timely project completion.
- Removing debris, garbage, and hazardous materials from construction sites.
- Assembling and disassembling barricades, temporary structures, and scaffolding as required.
- Providing support to contractors, such as electricians and painters, as needed.
- Assisting with the operation and maintenance of heavy machinery and equipment.
- Regulating traffic and erecting traffic signs to ensure site safety.
- Following all relevant health and safety protocols to prevent accidents.
- Digging holes, tunnels, and shafts as part of construction projects.
- Mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete to achieve high-quality finishes.
- No formal qualification is required, but a high school diploma may be preferred.
- Similar work experience may be beneficial in this role.
- Licensure to work with hazardous materials may be required, depending on the project.
- Willingness to undertake training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Good physical health, strength, and fitness to perform the demands of the job.
