Job Description:

Project Coordinator Role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our NSW Construction team, supporting project delivery teams. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and preparing project planning and programming;
  • Assisting project managers and site teams in sequencing works, resource allocation, and progress monitoring;
  • Preparing contract, target, and tender programs;
  • Monitoring and updating programs;
  • Analyzing program resources;
  • Preparing program status reports;
  • Managing delay analysis;

Qualifications:

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proficiency in construction scheduling software (e.g., Asta, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project);
  • A strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and technical drawing interpretation;
  • An understanding of commercial requirements associated with tenders;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines;
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills;
  • Ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the business;
  • Demonstrated autonomy using initiative, sound reasoning, listening, and decision-making skills;
  • Ability to deliver accurate programs in fast-paced environments;
  • Proven experience in project coordination, project management, or scheduling;
  • Familiarity with budgeting and cost control practices;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail;
  • Knowledge of safety standards within the construction industry;
