The role of a Site Supervisor is critical in the delivery of construction projects. As an experienced leader, you will oversee the successful completion of large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the project manager in coordinating and supervising all construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry policies.
- Oversee the excavation, structure, and finishes phases of the project.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor project progress and report to the project manager on a regular basis.
- Proven experience as a Foreman delivering complex projects.
- Previous experience with leading construction teams.
- Experience with finishes and facade on previous projects.
- Good proven tenure at previous companies.
- Strong commitment to safety and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing excavation and structure phases of construction projects.
- A can-do attitude and good work ethic.
