Our organisation is dedicated to delivering therapy services and supporting individuals with diverse needs.

We are currently seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner who holds Advanced or Specialist level suitability, as confirmed by the relevant authorities. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide tailored supports to participants in designated areas.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting participants and their families/carers in identifying needs through assessment and person-centred planning
  • Evaluating, developing, and delivering evidence-based support plans within complex support environments
  • Developing meaningful goals and strategies using a positive behaviour support framework
  • Ensuring individual plans reflect participants' goals, passions, and strengths
  • Building knowledge, capacity, and strengths of those supporting participants (family, carers, friends)

To be considered suitable, you will have:

  • Current suitability at Advanced or Specialist level, as confirmed by the relevant authorities
  • A degree-level qualification as an allied health professional
  • Report writing experience
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
