Lead Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our quality assurance processes and drive the development of accreditation standards in the healthcare sector.

About the Role:

This is a key position that will play a central role in shaping the quality of healthcare education in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading stakeholder consultation processes, managing multiple projects, and identifying opportunities for growth in our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Program Standards Development & Program Assessment
  • Develop, review, and continuously improve program accreditation standards
  • Provide program assessment leadership, ensuring curriculum requirements are met by education providers and delivering constructive feedback
  • Implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain integrity and consistency
  • Business Development
  • Engage with stakeholders to expand the provision of standards and accreditation services
  • Identify and assess new opportunities in the health education sector
  • Build and maintain a strong reputation for excellence, quality, and integrity

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Postgraduate qualification in nursing, midwifery, education, or health
  • Strong knowledge of accreditation, regulatory frameworks, and the healthcare sector
  • Demonstrated expertise in quality assurance and standards development
  • Proven project management experience, including budget and resource management
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decision-making
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Capacity for innovation and adaptability in a changing sector
