Senior Wellness Director Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Wellness Director to lead and develop our team of world-class trainers in a premium health and wellness environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of in-house personal trainers.
  • Leadership: Inspire your team to deliver exceptional member experiences and uphold our premium service standards.
  • Collaboration: Partner with key leadership to ensure alignment across the business.
  • Integration: Work closely with our Allied Health and medical teams to support a holistic wellness offering.
  • Operational Management: Oversee rostering, session tracking, billing, and compliance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Training & Development: Facilitate continuous learning, training, and upskilling for all trainers under your guidance.
