Senior Education Manager

This senior role is pivotal in driving the educational vision of our early learning centre. As a Senior Education Manager, you will be responsible for delivering quality education to young learners, leading and mentoring your team, and supporting daily operations.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Centre Director to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and families.
  • Mentor educators to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering creativity and innovation in teaching practices.
  • Assist with daily operations, staff rostering, and centre documentation to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and policies, maintaining a culture of excellence and professionalism.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH FAMILIES AND THE LOCAL COMMUNITY TO SUPPORT CHILDREN'S DEVELOPMENT AND WELL-BEING.
  • Develop and lead events, initiatives, and programs that enhance the educational experience and promote community engagement.

Requirements
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Minimum 6 months' experience as an Educational Leader or in a leadership role
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
  • Child Protection Certificate
  • Experience or interest in a leadership/management pathway
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
