About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Order to Cash Analyst to join our Finance and Accounting Operations Team in ABB Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional and timely collections on accounts daily.

Key Responsibilities
  • High Volume Collections: You will be responsible for collecting payments from customers and following up on outstanding accounts.
  • Negotiating Payments: You will negotiate payment plans with customers to ensure timely payment.
  • Dispute Resolution: You will work with internal and external customers to resolve disputes and ensure accurate and complete accounts.
  • Customer Service: You will provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, handling daily queries and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Account Reconciliation: You will perform reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in collections within high volume accounts environment.
  • Proactive and self-starting individual who can operate both individually and as part of a team.
  • Ability to listen, understand and deliver on business requirements.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple demands.
  • Excellent numerical skills.
  • Driven, energetic and collaborative team player.
  • Computer skills: MS Office package, SAP would be favourably regarded.
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
