Join us as Technical Support Specialist for the E-Mobility Business Area where you will be providing technical assistance to internal and external customers to ensure timely and cost-effective support in accordance with standard processes, procedures, and safety guidelines. Reporting to the Service Manager E-Mobility this position is based in Moorebank, Australia.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Contributing to customer satisfaction by executing support work according to customer expectation (and order)
- Ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer experiences. While supporting customers, identifies opportunities to address any addi-tional concerns and report opportunities to the account team through local business processes. Supporting basic technical support cases
- Identifying technical problems and analyzing them through communication with customers. Preparing all documents and customer reports to be acknowledged by the customer representative
- Utilizing all relevant support and reporting tools to document work, accord-ing to the global end-to-end processes
- Executing wrap-up and follow-up (when needed) of support cases in a timely manner
- Identifying improvement needs in the way of working and providing potential solutions, communicates them proactively and driving small improvement actions
- Planning and executing work on a first-time right approach with customers, and ensuring the job is done on time and on quality

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Experience in complex electrical integrated systems, preferably few years in EV charging technologies
- Strong Computer Literacy, proficiency at a professional level. Understanding of Computer Networks, Knowledge of computer network principles
- Familiar with electrical circuitry. Interpreting Single Line Diagrams: Ability to read and interpret single line diagrams
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving electrical faults
- Additionally, having worked with electrical measurement tools and general hand tools is essential, preferably holding a minimum REL license
- Good communication skills
