We are seeking an experienced Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Moorebank, Australia. This role will play a key part in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services to our customers.


About the Role:


This exciting opportunity offers a unique blend of procurement and logistics experience in a fast-paced business environment. As a Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing schedules, preparing documentation, and overseeing the procurement and tracking of project goods.


You will work closely with State Project Managers to coordinate and track all project movements, both internationally and nationally. Additionally, you will foster relationships with suppliers to ensure timely communication on delivery of materials, manage invoicing and purchase orders using SAP, and assist in implementing lean procedures to drive business efficiencies.


Your Skills:


To succeed in this role, you will need a strong ability to think creatively and solve problems under pressure. You should have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


A previous exposure to SAP and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office would be highly regarded, but most importantly, we're seeking someone eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.


What We Offer:


In return for your expertise and enthusiasm, we offer a competitive salary of approximately $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including technical training, flexible working arrangements, and access to discounted health insurance.
