About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Data and Insights Analyst to join our team at BAE Systems Australia, based in Osborne, SA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Reporting Performance Manager in developing and establishing a live dashboard environment for the Hunter Class Frigate Program (HCFP).
  • Engage with delivery teams to enhance program metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
  • Coordinate and compile program performance reporting from delivery teams.
  • Attend and participate in project review meetings.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support business decision-making.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a project or business management role.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering discrete project outcomes within a low complexity project environment.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Dashboards development (PowerBI, Tableau) experience.
  • Proven knowledge of business intelligence tools and techniques.
  • High-level writing and presentation skills.
  • Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain.
  • Eligibility to be cleared for International Traffic In Arms (ITAR) regulations.
