**The Role**
Our Mineral Resources Transport division is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to assist with our data integrity to support our Haulage Operations.
The Data Analyst will play an integral part to implement data collection and reporting capabilities that improve safety, productivity and efficiency across Transport Operations and the greater value chain.
You will be based at our HQ office on Osborne Park, and you will have the ability with joining a great team culture, with strong progression opportunities to further develop your career pathway.
**Key deliverables**:
- Extensive knowledge of all forms of data collection, sanitisation, analytics, and data presentation.
- Provide analytical support and advice to MRT Operations, both site and office based.
- Follow and understands standards, market requirements and their impact on MRT and MRL Operations.
- Support the technology activities of MRT and MRL Operations.
- Support Mineral Resources Limited’s advancement in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for the purposes of Data Analysis and Collection.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define technology plans, including communicating activities and initiatives.
- Develop analytical solutions which are relevant and scalable to the greater business.
- Knowledge of HSEQT legislative requirements.
- Interaction with internal and external stakeholders to ensure relevant reporting and planning to schedule
- When requested, provide technical and operational input into new development projects.
- Analyse operational data and metrics to identify operational process improvements that can lead to increased safety and reduced costs and work with operations teams to trial and implement new processes.
**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Tertiary qualification required in Data Analytics or similar related field Competent in Facilities Management and/or Maintenance Facilities set up and requirements.
- Knowledge of data platforms within Amazon AWS and Azure.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Analytical Data or Transport Operations.
- A passion for data, problem solving and willingness to learn.
- Positive, “Can Do” mindset, we can achieve anything as a team and often more than you think is possible.

- Help employees learn new skills and coach them to develop critical thinking skills to navigate challenging problems.
- Develop relationships with all stakeholders in the haulage chain. Including Mining, Environmental, Safety, Main Roads infrastructure, Local landowners, other road user groups, and First Aid / Emergency service providers.

- Demonstrated ability to engage with other departments through positive behaviours and initiatives
