About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Data Analyst to join our team in Osborne Shipyard.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Australia's premier defence project, the Hunter Class Frigate Program. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting project management goals and ensuring seamless data flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update Product Lifecycle Management data within scheduling and reporting tools, ensuring high standards of data integrity and consistency.
  • Ensure CAD drawings and task data are integrated accurately across reporting databases and schedules.
  • Track and analyse task progress, resource allocation, and delivery milestones to support project management goals.
  • Facilitate real-time data synchronization between CAD models and scheduling systems to ensure current information is available for production planning.
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools e.g., Tableau, Power BI to support Earned Value Management (EVM), monitor resource usage, and provide forecast insights.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for data management and integration to increase efficiency and reduce errors in reporting.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A relevant qualification related to Computer Science, Business Analysis, Data Analytics or similar.
  • Proficient in analysing complex datasets and integrating data from various systems.
  • A strong focus on process optimisation and workflow automation.
  • A background working with engineering and CAD designers is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with PLM Systems (e.g. Windchil) and CAD software's (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks or Think Design) is preferred.
