About the Role:

The Regional Quality Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Clinical Governance team at RSL LifeCare. This position is responsible for ensuring the establishment and maintenance of quality and clinical governance systems and processes across all business functions to achieve a high standard of quality, care, and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and leading a high-performing quality-focused culture
  • Implementing and maintaining the RSL LifeCare Clinical Governance Framework Quality Framework
  • Driving effective engagement and use of local teams with the RSL LifeCare Quality Management Systems
  • Monitoring compliance with quality assurance activities, including audit schedules, and addressing any issues identified
  • Assisting in preparing responses to external bodies, such as the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, within designated time frames
  • Engaging with and supporting national clinical governance focus areas, reviewing best practice initiatives, and recommending strategies to improve care standards and effectiveness

About You:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as nursing, quality management, or a related discipline. A minimum of 3 years' quality management experience within the health or aged care sector is required, as well as the ability to travel interstate. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, including the ability to build and maintain effective key stakeholder relationships, are essential.
