The Role


We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This will involve working closely with our Enabling and Dementia Centre business units to identify and implement quality improvements, developing and monitoring quality frameworks and audit schedules, and supporting our services to meet the requirements for Aged Care Services Registration under the Strengthening Standards and Health and Hospitals Accreditation.


Key Responsibilities



  • Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives across our services
  • Conducting regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with accreditation standards
  • Collaborating with our Health and Safety Coordinators to ensure a safe working environment
  • Providing education and training to our staff on quality and safety best practices

About You



  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of quality management and accreditation standards
  • You are a skilled communicator with excellent written and interpersonal skills
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
