About the Role

As the Regional Quality Manager at RSL Lifecare, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and care across our business functions. Reporting to the Clinical Governance team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality systems and processes that promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead a high-performing quality-focused culture that prioritizes resident outcomes and experience.
  • Implement and maintain the RSL Lifecare Clinical Governance Framework, ensuring compliance with quality assurance activities and addressing any identified issues.
  • Engage local teams in the effective use of quality management systems, fostering collaboration and driving improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and address compliance with quality assurance activities, including audit schedules.
  • Prepare responses to external bodies, such as the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, within designated time frames.
  • Support national clinical governance focus areas, review best practices, and recommend strategies to enhance care standards and effectiveness.
About You

We are seeking a seasoned quality management professional with:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as nursing, health profession, quality management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' quality management experience within the health or aged care sector.
  • Ability to travel interstate.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.
  • A sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Australian Working Rights.
