Job Overview

The role of a Construction Specialist is to contribute to the successful delivery and execution of civil engineering projects, encompassing earthworks, demolition, excavation, piling, retention, foundations and related works.

Candidates must possess experience in civil engineering and preferably bulk earthworks. Projects are based in Brisbane.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in tender preparations and coordinating construction activities
  • Managing site project teams and ensuring quality assurance
  • Cost and time management, report preparation and resolving site issues
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders, coordinating internal and external resources
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in Civil Engineering or a similar field and 3 – 5+ years' experience in civil projects, including bulk earthworks. Project management qualifications will be advantageous.

A proven understanding of construction methodologies with a hands-on approach is essential for this role.
