Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive risk-based plan to integrate Compliance functions
  • Arrange and oversee training for colleagues on key Compliance policies, standards, and processes
  • Work closely with colleagues across the business to identify and manage risks and issues arising throughout the integration process
  • Report on progress of the integration plan, proposing actions to mitigate any delivery risks, issues, or dependencies identified
Requirements:
  • Excellent personal organisation, with the ability to plan and deliver projects at pace
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels of seniority
  • Attention to detail and keen analytical ability
  • Consulting skills – ability to identify who to consult; what information or insight is needed from them; and what relevant questions to ask
  • Problem-solving skills and an ability to devise practical, pragmatic solutions
