Job Title: Enterprise Architect - Integration Specialist

Job Summary:
The University of New South Wales is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect - Integration Specialist to lead the development of integration strategies and design of end-to-end architectures for seamless connection of various systems, applications, and technologies within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop integration strategies and design end-to-end architectures for seamless connection of various systems, applications, and technologies.

• Define integration standards, best practices, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficient management of integration solutions and patterns across the enterprise.

• Identify options available for various integration patterns and recommend best-suited options for each identified pattern.

• Design, implement, and manage microservices-based integration solutions.

• Establish and maintain an API register, control of lifecycle, and document all APIs and interfaces.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure APIs are well-documented and accessible.

• Communicate and influence senior stakeholders to translate requirements and seek buy-in on the integration target state and roadmap.

• Assess and select appropriate integration technologies, platforms, and tools to support the integration architecture and contribute to IT governance processes and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent service experience providing architecture and consulting.

• Demonstrated experience with integration of enterprise applications such as CRM, HCM, Oracle Peoplesoft, etc.

• Excellent written and verbal presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to structure and articulate messages to different audiences at all levels.

• Extensive experience and knowledge of integration architecture and technologies like Azure Integration Services, Managed File Transfer, ETL/ELT, Batch, streaming, API Gateway, SQL, RDBMS, etc.
