The Role

The Underground Success Specialist is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting or exceeding expectations, and maximising value from investment in our products and solutions.

Working closely with Civil and Environmental sector customers, you will develop and maintain positive relationships that promote growth through increased product usage, user retention, and loyalty.

You will drive growth and retention within existing customer accounts by understanding business needs and providing relevant solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans within assigned accounts.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for assigned customers, overseeing on-boarding, training, administration, licensing, and support.
  • Providing account insights through data analysis and quarterly business reviews.
  • Acting as an internal advocate for accounts, educating them on our products and maintaining lasting relationships.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Demonstrable experience in Technical (Geotechnical), Pre-sales, Account Management, or similar roles.
  • Experience working with geotechnical solutions and clients in Civil or Environmental sectors would be advantageous.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and customers in a software environment is beneficial.
