We are seeking a passionate retail professional for our new performance concept store in Westfield Knox, Melbourne on a full-time basis.
We lead through innovation – in our product's performance technologies, and in our commitment to developing and growing the company's most important asset: our people.
Responsibilities include:
- Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
- Role modelling service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
- Representing the brand/company values and products in an inspiring way.
- Executing and maintaining Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
- Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
- Coordinating team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
- Sharing best practices to drive overall store team performance.
Experience in retail team leadership, visual merchandising, and stockroom procedures is highly regarded.
